the resort ambiance feels peaceful and calming. i especially appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. friendly and helpful staff members. i also enjoyed the beautiful resort atmosphere (it seemed like an escape).
i found some areas in the rooms could use a little maintenance.

This hotel made our first anniversary so special. The private hot tub at the spa was amazing, and the ginger teas after our treatments added a special touch. We experienced Dara Pethak and Happiness Bliss spa treatments. The massage techniques were excellent and relaxing.
I wish they had told us in advance that the cold pool for ladies was under maintenance. I was looking forward to it.

Our superior king room had excellent parking right in front of it. The room's size was generous, and the king bed was wonderfully comfortable. It seemed like a true retreat.

I loved the beautiful landscaping of the resort. It provided such a clean and pleasant environment. The hotel includes a private hot tub, a sauna, a gym, a tennis court and even a mini farm. The spa facilities were kept clean and maintained efficiently.

The breakfast was one of the best parts. It featured both western and chinese options. I especially love the sambal nasi lemak. It tasted authentic, not like canteen food. The pastries were equally delicious.

The room is spacious. It had varied selection at breakfast that suited all tastes.
I requested a specific view in advance, and they ignored this. I had to return to the lobby and insist on changing. The floor was dusty making it uncomfortable to walk barefoot.
