I had a wonderful stay at Dockside Inn, enjoying the cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The shuttle service to Universal Studios was super convenient and made the trips to the parks effortless. The dining options at Pier 8 were impressive, providing a great variety of delicious choices, though I wish breakfast had a bit more selection. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to relax well after long park days, but I did experience some issues with the air conditioning not being quite cold enough.

My stay at Dockside Inn was delightful overall, with exceptionally clean rooms and a wonderfully friendly atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the great pool area, perfect for family fun. I appreciated the value for money, especially considering the convenient shuttle service to Universal Studios. The only downside was the slight difficulty in getting some requests addressed promptly, but it didn't overshadow my positive experience.
