The shuttle service to the parks was very frequent. it saved a lot of time and hassle. Dining options at the hotel are convenient. the rooms were clean. This is a plus.

i noticed some touch-ups needed throughout the hotel. the elevator area looked like an industrial warehouse backroom. i also found the half pillows to be quite firm

The transportation to the parks was perfect! The luggage service was also very helpful. I appreciated how early the room was ready. The pools are awesome.
