fantastic family trip

I found our stay really nice. the staff were very helpful if we needed anything at all. building 6 had spacious rooms and they were serviced daily. we did not use the water park. It looked great for youngsters though.

the shower holes splashed water every time we took a shower.

the location was perfect though the parking was expensive! the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to nearby theme parks. several restaurants and shops are within a short driving distance from the premises.

the front desk staff, including julissa, george and alex, were very friendly! the daily housekeeping service kept the rooms clean and tidy. i found the staff to be attentive and quick to respond to requests.

The water park provided hours of entertainment. The breakfast buffet had expected continental options. Bedrooms was so great in appearance, but bathrooms showed some wear. Super tidy . The hotel has a water park and a game room. The staff was excellent and kept the facility clean.

The staff addressed my concerns quickly. I appreciate the cooperative staff, and they are very helpful to all guests . They try to help you with everything they can to ensure you have a great time.
