I found the facilities very good and the location close to the airport was convenient. the onsen spa was a highlight. I spent my last day enjoying a spa package and relaxing without worrying about traffic to the airport (it's that close!). the staff was friendly and helpful (especially with arranging transport). i had a biryani at the restaurant and it was good. The sauces were tasty.
The service from the reception wasn't great. I found them short and unhelpful when i asked for information.

The staff offered a prompt airport shuttle service. It ran every hour and was very efficient. i easily booked a return trip at the reception desk (the process was streamlined).

the room included a spacious bathroom with two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i also found a balcony with a clothes drying rack (i could dry swimwear).
the pool was amazing it had lots of sun loungers. the staff were friendly i noticed this consistently. the dining areas were immaculate and offered a good selection.
the rooms were not soundproof this was an issue. other guests were having a party i could hear it from my room. they also had a pond nearby i could listen to the frogs all night long because of this.

Wonderful stay near the airport!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to all my requests. I received a complimentary room upgrade which was such a pleasant surprise. The pool was massive and the surrounding garden areas were very well maintained. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to and from the airport.
The restaurant service was a little slow at times.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, great for travelers. Although close to the airport, the area had a lot of traffic, so it took longer than expected to reach the hotel from there.

The pool area is huge and includes a swim-up bar. I found the gym adequately equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes and weights, so I was able to get a decent workout. I also noticed nice gardens.
