airport shuttle buffet breakfast massage experience professional staff
I only stayed overnight. the free airport shuttle was convenient. it was a relief to find the 24-hour bar and dining available. the buffet breakfast offered many choices and a beautiful dining area. the massage experience was amazing. The staff were professional and the condition was comfortable and clean.

great hotel near the airport!
great facilities convenient location friendly staff tasty sauces
I found the facilities very good and the location close to the airport was convenient. the onsen spa was a highlight. I spent my last day enjoying a spa package and relaxing without worrying about traffic to the airport (it's that close!). the staff was friendly and helpful (especially with arranging transport). i had a biryani at the restaurant and it was good. The sauces were tasty.
The service from the reception wasn't great. I found them short and unhelpful when i asked for information.

amazing pool friendly staff immaculate dining areas not soundproof rooms loud party noisy pond
the pool was amazing it had lots of sun loungers. the staff were friendly i noticed this consistently. the dining areas were immaculate and offered a good selection.
the rooms were not soundproof this was an issue. other guests were having a party i could hear it from my room. they also had a pond nearby i could listen to the frogs all night long because of this.

Wonderful stay near the airport!
friendly staff room upgrade massive pool
The staff were very friendly and accommodating to all my requests. I received a complimentary room upgrade which was such a pleasant surprise. The pool was massive and the surrounding garden areas were very well maintained. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to and from the airport.
The restaurant service was a little slow at times.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, great for travelers. Although close to the airport, the area had a lot of traffic, so it took longer than expected to reach the hotel from there.

The pool area is huge and includes a swim-up bar. I found the gym adequately equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes and weights, so I was able to get a decent workout. I also noticed nice gardens.
