convenient location tranquil feeling plentiful breakfast
I found the location very convenient. It was easy to walk to the riverside. catching tuk-tuks was also easy. the grounds had a tranquil feeling. I found many spaces to relax. the food was great. breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with different options each day.
Check-in and check-out took a long time. It always seemed like the staff was doing it for the first time.

The pool is a haven in a busy city. I wanted to take it home. loungers and cabanas surround the pool. This provided ample space to relax. there are tuk tuks right outside the hotel.

The hotel location is excellent. It is just steps away from the Royal Palace and the National Museum. The staff thoughtfully celebrated a special occasion. They provided good recommendations and supported travel plans.
I contacted the hotel to book my transfer from the airport. My messages received no reply. I arrived with no transport arranged.

The lack of communication was unacceptable. I contacted the hotel three times to book my airport transfer, but I never got a reply, so I arrived without transport.

serene courtyard pond good food selection modern room
the hotel has a serene courtyard pond near reception. breakfast had a good selection of food. the rooms were modern with well-designed layouts and electrical fittings. the hotel is very near the palace making it easy to visit nearby attractions.
i noticed that the pool and corridors needed more cleaning. there were leaves and flowers floating in the pool. the flip-flop slippers provided in the room looked dirty for use.

the staff arranged a taxi for me when needed. they even carried my luggage to another street because the main road was closed due to the water festival. the staff members were also very friendly.

the hotel grounds seemed like a serene escape within the busy city i loved the lush greenery and the calming atmosphere the staff consistently offered kind service making my stay smooth and enjoyable the on-site dining presented delicious options especially the local dishes which were a good exploration of khmer cuisine

I found the poolside room very spacious. Tropical gardens surrounded the area. Cabanas provided direct access to the pool. The restaurant offers amazing meals. Housekeeping does an awesome job. The pool is fantastic.
I arrived without arranged transport. This lack of communication caused stress.
