tropical fruits beautiful landscaping comfortable setup

the breakfast offered a wonderful selection with many options i enjoyed the fresh tropical fruits the tropical beautiful garden twin bed was well appointed with a comfortable setup the hotel grounds displayed beautiful landscaping i spent hours wandering and admiring the greenery.

separate sinks rainfall shower dense vegetation

my tropical beautiful garden twin bed room included two separate sinks it also had a rainfall shower the air conditioning worked very well. the hotel has a large pool it has a smaller pool as well. i found a mini water slide at one of the pools the garden has dense vegetation.

the balcony door had a sign indicating it should remain closed to prevent insects from entering but the door was not properly sealed.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. It offered a wide variety of choices. The front desk personnel were quite helpful, especially with directions. The room service was prompt. My requests were handled quickly. The hotel grounds were beautifully kept. I saw gardeners working diligently.

The gym's air conditioning seemed a little weak.

The breakfast area included both indoor and outdoor seating options. I noticed several chefs preparing fresh omelets at one station. The selection was very extensive. Fresh fruit juices were also available. I enjoyed those.

The hotel is located within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. I saw a taxi stand directly outside the hotel entrance. Getting transportation was easy. There are many points of interest nearby. That was so convenient.

My room included a balcony with seating for two people. It was comfortable. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. This was a very nice feature. I could regulate the room temperature easily. It made it very relaxing.

There were two large swimming pools. This offered plenty of space for swimming. The pool area featured a bar. I ordered a drink there. I noticed a kids' club. The staff seemed really friendly with the children.

Decent Stay but Some Issues

loud music key problems

The location was pretty good. Everything was close.

The noise levels were pretty bad. Especially at night. The music from nearby bars made it difficult to sleep. The thin walls offered little soundproofing. I encountered some problems with the room keys. They stopped working right before checkout, and getting them reactivated was a HUGE hassle.
