The spa offered quality services. The staff were helpful. The rooms are spacious. The villa had everything needed for a comfortable stay I enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks and snacks in the bar fridge. The breakfast offered a lot of variety. Dinner at the restaurant was good with an affordable menu.
The parking situation is not optimal as guests have to park outside now the basement parking is unavailable.

the villa was spacious enough.
i booked a time, only to find out upon arrival that the spa had no record of it. Nobody seemed to take responsibility. the handling of this issue at the spa reception felt inadequate and affected my plans for the day. It was a real letdown. the overgrown bushes blocked the view from the hot tub. I could see nothing.
