i appreciated the helpful staff and delicious dinners. the spa treatments were relaxing. breakfast was also amazing, with a lot of options. i especially enjoyed the convenience of the on-site spa and its professional service.

the staff, from reception to the rooms and kitchen, were very cute. i found a birthday cake in my room, a thoughtful touch.
the patio was quite dirty. there was bird waste everywhere on the outdoor furniture, limiting our ability to enjoy the garden view, a real shame.

I found the staff provided excellent service at both the reception and restaurants. i visited the spa and thoroughly enjoyed my full day of services, it was amazing. the room also had a nice view of the golf court. I spent quite some time admiring it. the complimentary birthday treat for my husband was a sweet gesture.
the premier room i had needs an update to justify the price, i think. the usual touches like high-quality toiletries were missing.

i noticed the sunday buffet was overpriced and flavourless, disappointing. the food felt cold AND generally tasteless, which impacted our dining experience.

The breakfast had really good variety. i noticed the hotel was beautiful and meticulously maintained. i particularly enjoyed the pool (it felt especially refreshing). The staff, from reception to breakfast service, were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that.
i saw some areas need better maintenance, especially concerning cleanliness on balconies and walkways. more diligent ant control. ants did get into my room from the balcony.
