The staff were REALLY helpful and the place is AMAZING I found great value for money. Breakfast buffet was the BEST during my month-long trip in Bali. It's within walking distance to ubud central and the hotel is new and well kept. The pool area is REALLY good too the staff will personally look after you and.

The room featured air conditioning worked well and provided a comfortable environment. Housekeeping ensured the room was cleaned every day. I found ample space in the beautiful room and the air conditioning unit kept the room at the desired temperature. The room included a safe for securing valuables.

The staff also provided a complimentary shuttle to the city center that was very convenient. The breakfast service was SUPER, they offered a lot of choices.

the hotel provided a great breakfast with many choices. a free shuttle bus departs every two hours, i found it convenient. helpful staff gave us information that we needed. the location allows a ten minute walk to the center.

i noted the hotel appear old. there were no updates. i felt that was a terrible value given the facility quality.
