clean room immaculate gardens
my room was GORGEOUS and clean. It had everything i needed. The gardens had immaculate condition and snorkeling right off the beach was very easy. the staff was friendly and fast.
electric light is too weak and at night it is difficult to see what is on the table. not very helpful, especially for reading at night

poor breakfast lacking staff
I found the service in the restaurant to be lacking. Staff seemed to lack customer focus, detrimental to a resort of this caliber. Breakfast was notably poor, and significant improvement is needed. It is far from a good experience.

I enjoyed direct beach access. It was convenient. The gardens are beautiful and create a tranquil atmosphere. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I liked the outdoor bathroom. Showering under the stars was a unique experience.
I noticed a few areas could use some minor maintenance.

the suite featured an outdoor bathroom with a rainfall shower i found that unique the beachfront bar offered a relaxing spot for evening drinks the gardens was well maintained with lush vegetation.
the lighting in the bungalow was a little dim i thought.

The resort has beautiful grounds and gardens. The room was clean and quite nice. It had a little terrace area and a great pool was very close. The restaurant extends right down onto the beach and offers good food. I thought the whole resort provided really good value.
