amazing stay!

I got a free upgrade to a premiere suite and it was awesome! the staff are super friendly and always ready to help with anything i needed. the buffet breakfast was delicious. The egg station was a highlight (i love omelets!). i used the free shuttle to the beach. It made getting around so easy.

the soundproofing wasn't the best, i could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

The premiere suite was massive with a very large bathroom and a separate living area. It had beautiful balinese decor and a huge balcony overlooking the gardens.

i found the staff to be friendly and supportive (especially with arranging the beach shuttle!). the shuttle service to the beach was very convenient and frequent. the rooms and common areas were consistently well maintained. i was pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep throughout the hotel.

The rooms are massive and clean. The bathtub is gorgeous. I appreciated the large balcony with hanging vines, which ensured privacy. The kids definitely loved the pool. It featured both a shallow and a deep end.

The gym equipment is slightly outdated.
