I am thankful for the attentive service i received . the staff were polite and quick to respond to requests. my room was always clean and well stocked with necessary amenities. The food at the poolside was delicious. i really liked sushi and the Greek salad.

the pool was a little shallow. it varied between 70cm and 110cm deep.

the breakfasts were amazing with many choices available. aymen was generous and helpful throughout the stay. he offered us free access to the kids club. my kids were super excited about that

at check-in, one of my bags was held by the staff without informing me. their explanation was that it contained a wine bottle. This is not a dry hotel, they serve alcohol here. the service was unprofessional, communication was poor. overall, i was left very disappointed. i would not recommend this place
