just okay, wouldn't rave about it
poor servicecold pools
the staff SEEMED disinterested, often glued to their phones. it reminded me of pulling teeth to get any sort of service. the rooms, while spacious, showed wear and tear, i noticed lots of tiny bugs scurrying around on the dresser tops. the Pools felt colder than expected and weren't as clean As i hoped.

I had a REALLY great experience. The location right on the beach is fine. Upgrading to a swim-up room was worth it because I had plenty of space. The beach staff were very attentive. Finding sunbeds was easy (Pla and her team are amazing!).
The pools, while large, were a LITTLE cold for my liking.

The staff consistently offered helpful and friendly service, ESPECIALLY at the front desk and beach areas. I felt very welcome. The recreation team, led by Nat, was always cheerful and ensured guests had a nice stay with fun activities.

The beautiful double room I had featured pool access. It also included comfortable beds and soft pillows (getting great sleep is so important!). The room was mostly clean with spacious interiors.
