The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, making it really easy to enjoy dinner options at Disney Springs. The pool area is great for families, with plenty of space for kids to splash around. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by room issues, particularly with cleanliness and noise disturbances. The service varied, with some staff being helpful but others leaving a lot to be desired.

The rooms were disappointing, with cleanliness being a major issue; I even felt uncomfortable taking off my socks due to the state of the carpets. Also, dealing with a broken elevator was frustrating, particularly when carrying luggage and with small children.
