Our stay at the Arlington Hotel & Spa was magical, especially since we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! The historic charm of the hotel added to the experience, and being upgraded to the Regan Presidential Suite was a wonderful surprise. However, there were some concerns about room cleanliness for others, which can be an issue. Overall, it's a lovely place with rich history, though some areas need attention.

5.0/10
The Arlington Hotel has a rich historical charm and offers unique hot springs water for baths, making for a relaxing stay. However, some rooms showed signs of neglect in cleanliness, and noise from the hotel and outside traffic made for some restless nights. The valet parking can be a hassle, especially when full. While I enjoyed the spa experience, there is definitely room for improvement in the overall upkeep and customer service.
Rooms
5.0
The room we stayed in wasn't very clean, as I found a dirty sock and toenails in the carpet upon arrival. There's a definite need for a deep clean.
Service
5.0
I found the service disappointing; my concerns about cleanliness and noise were promptly dismissed by the front desk staff.
Location

The hotel's proximity to local attractions is great; however, be prepared for parking issues if the valet is full.
Dining

The on-site dining experience was lacking, with food that barely met expectations.
Facilities
