I appreciated the free shuttle to disney. It saved on transportation costs. i found the breakfast to be convenient. It offered a quick start to the day. the rooftop pool provided a fantastic view and a relaxing atmosphere. the proximity to universal studios allowed easy access to the parks. It was very convenient.

The ice machine on my floor was out of service. This caused a slight inconvenience.

The front desk staff were efficient during check in. They provided clear information. i noticed the shuttle service ran on schedule. It was reliable. the rooftop bar staff were attentive. They made drinks quickly. requests were promptly addressed. This added a good touch!

I found the staff to be friendly. they maintained clean and well kept rooms. I thought it was worth the price. i also liked the location as it offered convenient access to universal studios.

The parking situation presented some challenges on arrival. additionally. I observed a significant deposit requirement of $250. though

cute staff super clean room convenient location easy parking

the staff was cute. the room was super clean and comfortable. the hotel's location was close to attractions, so getting around was simple. i enjoyed the view across the lake from our room. the parking was easy, and the surrounding shops are handy.

the room card shut off twice, i had to stand in line.

The pool was nice. The beds were comfortable. The pool area was clean. I enjoyed the modern design of the rooms.

The power went out three times . The AC kept resetting to a hotter temperature. I found a few bugs in the bathroom.

This hotel had an EXCELLENT location near Universal. I appreciated the free breakfast before heading to the parks. The free parking was a HUGE plus since we could come and go easily. I will definitely return next year!

The vending machines only accepted dollar bills. I would have liked to use other payment methods.
