Villatel Resort Orlando offers 4- to 9-bedroom holiday homes, each with a private pool and a fully equipped kitchen. Water Park & Pools

The resort's outdoor water park is open all year and includes a large main pool, a lazy river, and 4 water slides. There is also a separate kids' pool, a splash pad for younger children, and a poolside bar. Sun loungers and beach towels are provided at no extra charge.

gorgeous hotel!

comfortable bed beautiful decoration accommodating staff

the beds were the most comfortable i've ever slept in! the place was more beautiful in person. the photos online do not do it justice. it was gorgeous, and we had everything we needed in the facility. the staff was wonderful, available when needed, and accommodating.

The resort could improve trash collection. It was not collected every day as advertised. this led to some minor inconvenience with waste disposal . i wish the trash pickup was more reliable.

the kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. there was ample cookware, plates, and utensils available for preparing meals. having a full kitchen allowed for convenient meal preparation.

home decor modern townhome gated community used linen rude representative no housekeeping

the home decor looked beautiful!!! these townhomes are really new, so everything is modern. all the staff i met were super nice. this gated community adds comfort.

the linen was used linen and beds were made like they changed them. one of the customer service reps was very rude. housekeeping never came and cleaned the room.
