The gym was quite basic. There were only a few free weights available. the water in the pool was very cold. I couldn't enjoy it. the hotel charged me in gbp instead of inr. I ended up paying too much. also the hotel location is very remote. It is difficult to get around without a car.

Absolutely Wonderful Mountain Escape!

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.. They assisted with arranging a lovely trek and also taxis. I appreciated that they willingly changed our room upon request. The restaurant offered delicious food with a fine view and plenty of choices.

The pool area is not directly connected to the main building. You have to walk through the lobby in swimwear.

Our room was spacious and well-kept with comfortable amenities. I enjoyed having a fridge in the room and appreciated the hot showers after a long day. Slippers were also provided for extra comfort.

The staff demonstrated excellent support and kindness. The chef communicated in advance regarding gluten-free allergies. I found that quite thoughtful. I especially enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival, a really delicious juice.

The staff were very friendly. They provided helpful advice for exploring the area.

The pool was not directly accessible from the main building. I had to pass through the lobby in swimwear. the air conditioning did not function fully. The room remained warm even when set to 20.
