i stayed in a beautiful king room! it had a really amazing balcony. the hotel location is great with views of tea gardens i saw. i loved the breakfast buffet it had great variety.
the gym is tiny i thought and it shares space with a games table which is a bit weird.

The welcome upon arrival was really beautiful, and the attentiveness continued throughout my stay. The location is GORGEOUS, with waterfalls visible right from the rooms. I booked the morning nature trail led by Charan. It started at the hotel and went to a bridge near the Attukad Waterfalls. He explained plants and birds we spotted during the interesting walk.
I found the design of the terrace to not be great.

Nice Stay Amidst Nature's Beauty

The welcome upon arrival and the attentive care throughout my visit stood out. The location is gorgeous with waterfalls right behind the hotel. The morning nature trail led by Charan was very interesting. He explained about different plants and birds. The housekeeping was also really good and the rooms themselves were excellent.
I found the design for the terrace not great. There was not enough space around the pool. To sit and relax was difficult.

For two nights, I enjoyed the superb rooms and good service. The waterfall view from my room was beautiful. The personnel was very kind. I found the staff both polite and cooperative.
