The food had big diversity and tasted delicious. i could always find a place by the pool. the hotel room was quiet and cleaned every day. The mini bar was refilled too.

the mixed drinks quality varied a lot depending on who was making them. the coffee had a bitter, bad taste. i think they need to change the beans. the towels felt really old.

The bed provided was surprisingly small for two adults. It felt inadequate. such a small bed for double occupancy seems unreasonable.. i found this particularly disappointing. i believe a larger bed should be standard for rooms intended for two guests.

The drink service exhibited a significant lack of consistency. Some bartenders made excellent drinks while others served concoctions that were undrinkable. coffee consistently tasted bitter. towels were thin.. i found the linens felt rough against my skin due to excessive lint.

I must say, the mixed drinks were a rollercoaster of quality. Sometimes they were AMAZING!!! and other times undrinkable. Seriously bad. It was like the bartenders needed more training. the coffee had a bitter taste. They definitely need to change the beans. The coke was always flat with no bubbles, a HUGE disappointment.
