The location is convenient as it opens directly onto the front. A ten-minute walk leads to the Marina or the resort center.
The air conditioning in my room was not working upon arrival. A security person was sent to fix it, without success. The heat made it difficult for my baby to settle, and despite requesting another room, I was told none were available, which seemed unlikely, and the service was appalling.

the location of the hotel is excellent. it is near the marina and the beaches are very close (i especially liked playa dorada). there were several pools to choose from. the food was also quite good, with many options available.
the gym was small (and not well-equipped). it seemed like it could use an update. some of the drinks at the bars tasted watered down.

The hotel offered several heated pools. The pools meant relaxation even when the weather was slightly cooler. My room included a minibar. This minibar was restocked daily. I really appreciated this small luxury. The hotel sits close to Marina Rubicon. This location made for enjoyable evening strolls.
My room had loud music until late at night. It was difficult to sleep some evenings because of it. I wish they had taken better care of the noise level to ensure better sleep.

The reception staff offered valuable advice. They were attentive to all our needs, answering questions patiently. The personnel around the sea legs swim up bar was very attentive.

The breakfast selection included tasty omelettes. Real bacon was also available. The hotel had a choice of a la carte restaurants. No reservations were needed.

The location was excellent. It allowed easy access to the downtown area and the ferry. the beach being just across from the resort was also very convenient and kept super clean.
i found that some areas of the hotel seemed dated. the main pool area had damaged parasols and cheap plastic sunbeds, which i found surprising for a hotel of this supposed category.

the pools were super clean as was the room. breakfast was rich with so many choices and everything of good quality. all staff was very professional. there is direct access to the beach promenade from the hotel.
the chicken noodle soup was awful the steak was burnt and in general it was terrible. i found the a la carte restaurants to be really poor and after three visits stopped going issues were being given menus in the wrong language receiving the wrong drinks and food orders being incorrect.
