great stay!
modern rooms clean grounds vast selection tasty selection
I found the rooms beautiful and modern. the housekeeping staff left a note with an origami animal made from towels daily. the grounds were beautifully clean. the daily buffet breakfast offered a vast, tasty selection. i also appreciated that the hotel is set back from the main street. It was quiet.
the towels in my room looked a little grey and not as fluffy as i expected.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They worked hard to accommodate all requests and were always smiling. the reception functioned quickly to address any questions. i really appreciate the attentive service throughout the hotel.

the breakfast area was like a cafe, and offered an excellent choice of foods. the breakfast buffet had a variety of selections, and everything was delicious. i especially liked the fresh fruit. the hotel is close to many restaurants.

the location is great and quiet, even though it is on the main strip. the hotel provides a shuttle car to and from the main part of the hotel if guests do not want to walk. it is just steps away from cafes.

superb hospitality amazing job fantastic range
The staff demonstrated superb hospitality . Ardi, from the room service cleaning staff, did an amazing job. The food offered a fantastic range of choices (i especially liked the local dishes).
The mattresses used for the sun loungers around the pool are fabric, which can retain moisture after rain.

The staff was responsive and willing to address any request promptly. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel, ensuring rooms and common areas were super clean.

old room tired bathroom
the location was acceptable, with many shops nearby.
The room looked old. the bathroom also seemed tired. the pool area didn't seem very inviting to me. It needs some work.

Breakfast had a wide selection. I really enjoyed the fresh fruit juices. The hotel also had a convenient shuttle service to the beach. It saved me time. My room was cleaned daily and the staff did a very thorough job.
The gym equipment was limited. Only a few machines worked properly. THE wifi in my room was spotty. It made working remotely difficult. The pool area was often crowded, I had trouble finding a lounger.

quiet location comfortable beds friendly staff
The location was excellent. It was just a short walk to the action, but it felt quiet with zero traffic. the beds and pillows were comfortable (i slept like a log!). every single staff member greeted me with a smile. Their help was always forthcoming.

mixed feelings about my stay
friendly staff concierge service awkward layout average pool
the staff was really friendly and always willing to help with everything i needed. the concierge service helped arrange taxis and scooter rentals quickly.
the hotel layout felt awkward. walking from the main road to the reception and then to the rooms was a long way. the pool seemed average, more like a filled sandpit.
