I found the rooms beautiful and modern. the housekeeping staff left a note with an origami animal made from towels daily. the grounds were beautifully clean. the daily buffet breakfast offered a vast, tasty selection. i also appreciated that the hotel is set back from the main street. It was quiet.
the towels in my room looked a little grey and not as fluffy as i expected.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They worked hard to accommodate all requests and were always smiling. the reception functioned quickly to address any questions. i really appreciate the attentive service throughout the hotel.

the breakfast area was like a cafe, and offered an excellent choice of foods. the breakfast buffet had a variety of selections, and everything was delicious. i especially liked the fresh fruit. the hotel is close to many restaurants.

the location is great and quiet, even though it is on the main strip. the hotel provides a shuttle car to and from the main part of the hotel if guests do not want to walk. it is just steps away from cafes.

The staff demonstrated superb hospitality . Ardi, from the room service cleaning staff, did an amazing job. The food offered a fantastic range of choices (i especially liked the local dishes).
The mattresses used for the sun loungers around the pool are fabric, which can retain moisture after rain.

Breakfast had a wide selection. I really enjoyed the fresh fruit juices. The hotel also had a convenient shuttle service to the beach. It saved me time. My room was cleaned daily and the staff did a very thorough job.
The gym equipment was limited. Only a few machines worked properly. THE wifi in my room was spotty. It made working remotely difficult. The pool area was often crowded, I had trouble finding a lounger.

The location was excellent. It was just a short walk to the action, but it felt quiet with zero traffic. the beds and pillows were comfortable (i slept like a log!). every single staff member greeted me with a smile. Their help was always forthcoming.

the staff was really friendly and always willing to help with everything i needed. the concierge service helped arrange taxis and scooter rentals quickly.
the hotel layout felt awkward. walking from the main road to the reception and then to the rooms was a long way. the pool seemed average, more like a filled sandpit.
