mold spots noisy air conditioning
the reception employee did not turn the map towards me when she circled everything, and I didn't knew where i was looking. no bed was ready for my son and they wanted to charge me extra for it. there were mold spots in the room and bathroom. the air conditioning was noisy also it smelled like mold.

loud noise uninterested staff
the breakfast was adequate with a standard selection of items.
the room i booked (beautiful garden) looked worn. there was mold in the bathroom and the air conditioning made a loud noise (it was hard to sleep). the staff seemed uninterested in helping with these issues, and i felt more like an inconvenience than a guest. the constant noise ruined the relaxing atmosphere i was hoping for.

slow service lacking atmosphere
I thought this place would be so relaxing. Getting a drink took forever. I waited over thirty minutes and that was only if I could even find someone to serve me. Food was okay, but it also was slow. Everything shut down by 10 PM so I couldn't even get a late drink. I felt it lacked atmosphere.

fantastic resort stay
super clean pools kind manager hotel improvements
I enjoyed the super clean hot springs and pools, they were pristine! the general manager, k. narongchai, was kind and accommodating to all guests. i appreciated the late check out. That was so helpful for my travel plans. i noticed improvements to the hotel since my last stay, which showed real commitment to guest satisfaction.
The music played at the pool wasn't thai. It was mostly jazz.

The beach access includes a long bridge. It is great for walks! the surroundings seemed very serene. the location offers a tranquil escape with easy access to natural beauty, though the bridge could use some tlc.

Staff members are very friendly and provide attentive service throughout the resort. breakfast had lots of variety. the restaurant staff was polite and helpful. They remembered my coffee order.

The room was spacious and well kept. it included all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the bed was super comfortable, i slept very well. The decor added a special touch to the room. It was great
