A Stay with Mixed Feelings

noisy room strong tides

The staff were quite nice, and the breakfast was acceptable.

My room faced the street, and it was very noisy all the time. The tides are strong. The beach is practically nonexistent. I think I should have considered a room with a pool instead.

Good features, but some drawbacks

The staff was very kind and accommodating. They booked transport from Phuket to the island including taxi to the ferry and taxi from ferry to my room. That was amazing. The staff recommended local beaches that were better than those on travel sites.

I got a room without a pool and right next to the street. It was very noisy all the time. My Grand Superior Room was quite small for three adults. The length of the bed would have been a problem if we were tall.
