The musty smell in the room was AWFUL. I think they tried to cover it up with chemicals, but it didn't really work. the lady at reception was pretty unhelpful. I needed a taxi because of a leg injury, and she just refused to book it. talk about unhelpful.

I found the breakfast to be delicious. They offer so many changing options and the taste was wonderful. The breakfast location has a nice view of the beach too. I liked that the hotel provides a beach bag and beach towels for use and the towels are changed daily.

I found a beautiful beach location near the hotel. The resort featured good access to kayaking. The garden staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness. Housekeeping also was friendly .

My room furnishings seemed quite basic. I thought the wardrobe was dark. I needed a torch for visibility. I also noticed very little storage space. The balcony had no proper chairs.

i appreciated the spacious and clean rooms . the hotel's green areas were very well maintained. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted delicious. i found many restaurants, shops, and massage places near the hotel.

The beach location is fine. It was positioned right on the beach. A selection of bars and restaurants nearby helped.

Billing was a problem. They told us we got a room upgrade. The room seemed dated. The bathroom felt small. The shower was broken when we arrived. I called the front desk three times before someone fixed it.

oh my gosh, the beach was super clean, i loved it so much! the breakfast had so many options like fresh fruits and they also had smoothies. the location is also great, it's easy to get to stores and restaurants.

the gym could use a few more updates, some equipment looked a bit old.
