adequate stay, but some issues present

cold watersafe malfunction
my stay suffered because of certain deficiencies. the water temperature in the shower remained cold, a disappointment i did not expect. the in-room safe malfunctioned, a problem i reported but it persisted throughout my stay. i find this level of service inadequate for the price.

i liked how close the hotel is to the mall. it have many food options nearby, so that was helpful. the room was spacious, i appreciate that. the toilet also spacious and i never feel cramped.
the room felt weirdly empty. it didn't feel as clean as it should be. there no much furniture, i expect more in such a big space.

the rooms feature modern amenities, the beds comfy, and the bathroom stocked with essential toiletries, every day i found fresh towels and clean bedlinens, this show the hotel maintain high standards.
