The staff was very attentive! everyone was polite and helpful, especially yana and her assistant yasmine. They were amazing. i liked that the room was comfortable and cleaned daily. the turkish theme night food was delicious. The steam room, sauna, and salt room were all free, and i even used the well-equipped gym a couple of times

i found the pool area gets shaded very quickly! so, we went to the beach most days.

good selection plenty towels broken air conditioning clogged shower

The buffet had a good selection. The staff cleaned the pool area daily. I found the rooms comfortable. The room service ensured I had plenty of towels available.

The gym's air conditioning was broken. I also noticed broken machines in the gym. I had some issues with the clogged shower. The beach is a 150m walk through a street, and it had garbage.
