Excellent Stay with Attentive Staff

super clean grounds smooth check-in comfortable sun loungers

I stayed for several nights and found the team very accommodating. The grounds were super clean. Each space was cared for with attention. I liked the smooth check-in in the reception area. The receptionist explained everything. The facilities were excellent. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool on sun loungers.

The room I booked did not match the online images. My land-view room had no seating area. Bushes obscured the view. The bathroom finish seemed basic. The bed squeaked with slight movement.

The main buffet restaurant offers a selection of well-presented food. The bars in the pool areas offered alcoholic beverages, coffee, and light drinks. One can also reserve a spot in the à la carte restaurants.

My room included a seating area and views of the sea. Bottled water was replenished daily. The bed was very comfortable. A squeaky bed was noted.

The hotel has a beautiful setting and is located on a hill. This location offers views of the sea from every room. The area outside the resort is great for walks.

The team was attentive and friendly. Staff assisted immediately with check-in and luggage. Denys from the pool bar provided service that were pretty good. Housekeeping cleaned to a very high standard every day.

There are two pools with separate bars on different levels. Guests have free access to tennis and paddle courts. I noticed there is a spa. There were free pool towels and sun loungers available.

efficient service great view mini bar isolated location

the bar service was efficient. a la carte restaurants are fab. i found the staff wonderful, they gave lifts in buggies!

my room didnt have a mini bar, just two bottles of water. the location is a bit isolated and i needed a car to get around.

The staff seemed mindful. I loved being taken care of.

I had a good holiday, but there were some problems. We checked in around 1 am and were told one of our two rooms was unavailable, so they would upgrade us just for one night. Then, we had to move the next morning. It was not great since we chose a night flight to have a full first day.
