solid stay

amazing foodhelpful staffold weights

the staff are helpful and nothing is too much trouble. a la carte restaurants food was amazing and it was nice to have a wine list. our favorite place was the champagne bar and we liked sitting outside. kostas the waiter in the champagne bar was the best. he looked after us every night.

the gym equipment was not good. the weights was old and some machines didn't work. i think they should renovate the gym to be better and offer more things. this should be a priority.

The resort was clean and spacious. The staff seemed super friendly. The food options were excellent and one of the best I have experienced at an all inclusive hotel. The staff members were great, doing everything possible for all guests. Everything really was all inclusive, no hidden costs.

The organization of the reservations for theme restaurants was really difficult! It seemed you needed to book far in advance to secure a spot.

The reception was excellent. The staff provided a very warm welcome. Hotel operators gave excellent service. They were always ready to assist. The hotel's kids programs were also excellent. The children enjoyed them a lot.

The main buffet was good. Some items looked repetitive during lunch. I found communication simple, and the staff always seemed ready to fulfill the requests. The bars made amazing, tasty drinks, and all bar staff worked hard.

The resort features beautiful pools. The pools are for every preference. I always found available sunbeds, even after 10 am. Beach days alternated with pool days. This arrangement allowed the greatest amount of relaxation.

The hotel is beautifully maintained. Its location is close to restaurants. The beach is peaceful. I found it very relaxing with warm sea. Sunsets and sunrises on the beach provided a beautiful spectacle!
