Average stay with minor issues
superb locationworn furnitureclub lounge
The hotel had a superb location close to the park. This made getting to the attractions so simple.
Unfortunately, I found the room itself rather basic. The furniture seemed worn, and the overall decor was underwhelming. It lacked the edgy rock vibe I anticipated. the club level lounge was not well maintained, as no one cleaned there often.

the location was really convenient to access the parks. the unlimited express passes included with the room were useful for shorter waits. we also enjoyed the pool, it had a nice atmosphere.
our room seemed a bit dated it was also smaller than expected. the room service was inconsistent i had to call to get someone to come.

The water taxi provided swift access to the parks. It only took a few minutes. my room included universal express passes. This let me skip the regular lines. the hotel provided a lovely fragrance upon entering the lobby, it felt clean.
the building works caused some disturbance. drilling noise persisted for hours during the day. finding no running water one afternoon was inconvenient, it was a four hour disruption.
