Our stay at the Gaylord Palms was a mixed bag. While we loved the beautiful indoor atrium and the various seasonal activities, we were disappointed with the dining experiences and the lack of basic amenities during our visit. The children's activities, especially, did not meet our expectations. Given the high cost, I expected more from this family-friendly resort.
