check-in was very smooth i arrived early and a room was already available. i even selected the floor i wanted. later i received a text message when the room was ready. the water taxi service and the included express pass to the parks were fantastic.

the hallways weren't properly vacuumed. drywall and plaster dust remained. perhaps their vacuum cleaner isn't working well.

i only had drinks at the poolside bar they were very good. everything i saw being served looked delicious. i would definitely eat here again if i return in the future.

i appreciated the water taxi service. it offered convenient transport to the parks and citywalk. the availability of early park admission was also a major plus.

The cost of parking felt excessive. i paid $33 per night. It added up quickly! also, there was no microwave in the room, which i found inconvenient. I wanted to heat up leftovers.
