Fantastic Stay!

attentive staff modern furniture infinity pool olive trees

The staff was very attentive, addressing every request with a smile! The room had a fantastic sea view and very modern furniture. The infinity pool provided fine views. I really enjoyed it. The gardens were well maintained. Large olive trees covered the hotel premises.

I noticed that some areas could benefit from a bit more attention to detail but it did not affect my overall experience.

My room had a large veranda with two chairs and a table, great. There was a modern, clean bathroom and a powerful shower. I found these features very convenient. Tea and coffee facilities were available, together with a fridge.

Breakfast was amazing, with a huge choice of food and friendly, attentive staff. It was always a great start to the day. I enjoyed a special meal at the Asterias a la carte restaurant. The food quality was very good.

The reception staff offered a warm welcome and promptly assisted me with my luggage. A gentleman showed us to our room and provided all necessary information. Every staff member showed a friendly and helpful attitude .

moldy shower grout thin walls

I was really disappointed with a few things. first, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. there was mold in the shower grout and some questionable stains on the tiles. second, the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms, hard to sleep. it's not what i expect at this price point. the walls are very thin, terrible soundproofing

Really good Service and Great Amenities!

shuttle bus clean beach private pool excellent staff

The hotel offered a shuttle bus service to Corfu town, very convenient. I found more than enough sunbeds at the clean beach. My bungalow included a private pool, which I found very nice and clean. The staff provided extraordinary service. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was always smiling and ready to help.

I noticed the gym equipment could benefit from an update. It looked like some treadmills and bikes were showing their age, but it worked just fine.

a bit underwhelming, i must admit

rusted fixtures outdated room

the hotel felt a little dated. our family room garden view main building wasn't as pristine as i hoped for. the bathroom had rusted fixtures and felt old. i was expecting better after seeing the photos, it definitely needs some updating.
