Lovely Stay with Fantastic Amenities!!!

My room received an upgrade to the Suite room. The suite offered great views and had very nice amenities. I particularly loved all the activities the hotel staff provided. My kids especially enjoyed them. The staff members were kind and helpful. It's nice to know I will return!!!

The Executive King Suite Ocean View has comfortable beds and modern decor, with fresh linens and daily cleaning service. The room includes a spacious seating area, work desk, a large balcony overlooking the ocean. complimentary Wi-Fi access.

The breakfast buffet has many choices, with fresh fruit, pastries, hot dishes, and custom-made omelets. I enjoyed the Indian dishes. The restaurant by the beach provides lovely meals. Drinks were available at the rooftop bar.

The hotel has a very big pool, kids club, and a game room. Guests have access to both basketball and tennis courts. The large garden area includes seats on the beach front, so I could sit and watch the waves.

The staff greets all guests with a cute smile and showed great care. Management addresses concerns promptly and efficiently. Staff are attentive. they offer many kids activities.

the breakfast buffet was plentiful. easy parking was available, so i found it convenient. a variety of restaurants were located nearby. the staff helped with smiles.
the wifi on the 23rd floor was super poor.

the sea view from the room was wonderful. the staff at check-in and check-out were very kind. the pool area includes a water slide, a hit with my kids. i really liked the foam party that took place on saturday.
the building shows its age, especially in some areas.
