underwhelming stay with cleanliness issues
poor cleaning leaking toilet
the location is good. it's right next to the strip, so we could walk around without driving.
the room was not cleaned properly . i stayed for five nights, but they only cleaned it on the third day, even though i asked. the headboard was covered in dust. the toilet also leaked continuously and was never fixed.

high pillow desk issue
the room was clean, towels and products were of good quality.
the front desk did not answer the phone often. i requested a different pillow several days prior but i did not receive it until i called again. pillows are too high and feel like cement.

Acceptable stay with some issues
The location is convenient, providing easy access to the strip without the need to navigate through a casino.
My experience included some disappointments. There was NO housekeeping service , even after i requested it at reception. I was asked to leave the trash outside my room, and it was not collected.

solid stay near the action
equipped kitchen full-size stove convenient pool helpful staff
I liked having a full kitchen equipped with utensils. the full-size stove and dishwasher were useful, especially for a longer stay. daily texts from the staff offered help with room needs and city suggestions. This was nice. the pool and gym were both convenient and not overly crowded.
the valet parking fee felt a little steep, although convenient.

the suite featured a king-sized bed and a separate living area with a sofa bed. i found an abundant amount of toiletries and towels were provided . the room was renovated and clean!

the kitchen included a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. all utensils looked new. it was easy to prepare meals, thanks to the close proximity of a target store.

This hotel is near several shops and restaurants. i walked to the strip easily. accessing nearby attractions was simple. It was great not being directly on the busiest part of the street.

slow elevators peculiar smell
The elevators proved to be an ongoing comedy show. I think there was a contest to see how long one could wait. My suite had a peculiar musty smell. I suspect some previous guest tried to deep-fry socks in the microwave. Sadly housekeeping seemed to be on a permanent vacation.

I was very pleased with the size of my suite. The room included kitchen amenities, such as a stove, microwave, and fridge. Target is also a short walk away if I needed supplies. I found the pool and workout room to be nice features. The staff were helpful. They were always checking to see if there was anything they could do (that's what I call service). I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was despite its central location. I could easily walk to the main attractions.
The elevators were slow. There was only one, and I experienced longer wait times than expected.
