decent stay with some issues

great location friendly staff missed trash dirty carpet

the location were great. i could get to everything easily. the staff were friendly and helpful too.

the rooms werent cleaned properly. i saw missed trash under the sink in the bathroom. the carpet didnt look vacuumed too, it made me wonder what else was skipped.

My room was spacious with two queen beds. The location on Fremont was super because I accepted the sounds and music. I stayed in the south tower.

The hotel smelled of cigarettes which I did not like.

The room included two queen beds. The beds felt very comfortable. The bathroom had a separate vanity area. This was very convenient. I noticed updated fixtures in the bathroom, a nice touch.

The hallway had a noticeable smoke smell. I would prefer a smoke-free environment. I hope they will do something with this issue soon.

The hotel had a fabulous location. The main attractions were within easy walking distance. This allowed me to explore nearby restaurants, bars, and casinos without needing transportation. The proximity to the Fremont Street Experience was a big plus.

friendly staff late night food

checking in was simple and quick. i found nice food options available, even late at night at 3am. the staff were all friendly, but the front desk agent was particularly cheerful. they answered all my questions with patience.

the ice machine was on a different floor than my room. this made it a little inconvenient.

nasty carpet sewer smell

The room wasn't very clean! The carpet was nasty. The bathroom smelled like sewer. The pillows were crap and the AC was awful. The room seemed like a humid swamp cooler was cooling it. I've stayed here several times but never had an experience like this.
