My suite featured a well-equipped, large kitchen with cooking facilities, including a full-size refrigerator and a dishwasher. I found the bathroom fantastic, it had a separate large shower alongside shampoo, conditioner, and moisturizer. The living room had 2 TVs plus a projector that showed different views of the area. I found the pool refreshing on a hot day.

The front desk tried to get me to purchase a timeshare at check-in! I did not enjoy that, but they did not keep badgering me after I declined once.

The staff members were helpful and very knowledgeable. They provided excellent assistance and always wore a smile. Any request I made was fulfilled quickly, and I always felt taken care of. I appreciate the staff's dedication.

I must say, the service was not exactly great. The staff seemed more preoccupied and less attentive than I had hoped FOR. the cleanliness could use some improvement. I found a few hairs in the bathroom, which wasn't great. Not enough slippers in the room, WHAT a disappointment!

I loved my room. It was a Premier Two-Bedroom Suite! The space was expansive and super clean. Having a full kitchen made preparing breakfasts and snacks super easy. The fitness center had all the equipment I needed for my daily workouts!

The hotel had a major letdown. No robes were in the room! I also found that there was no on-site dining or room service available. That was really disappointing. Finally, I noticed an additional daily resort charge, even though there were limited resort-style amenities.
