I had an overall positive experience at the hotel, highlighted by the incredible staff who made my stay memorable. The rooms were clean and spacious, but some aspects, like the bathrooms and balconies, felt a bit cramped and could use some updates. Dining options were somewhat limited, which was disappointing, but the atmosphere was lovely and the pool area was enjoyable, even though it lacked sufficient shade. Given the price I paid, I found decent value for money, though there were minor frustrations.
