charming beachside escape

beach location excellent service

The location was perfect, right on the beach with an infinity pool. lounge chairs were available in many areas. the restaurant provided excellent service. Breakfast was superb, and room service was tasty and reasonably priced. all staff members were great, from the front desk to the maid service..

the jacuzzi in the room was quite worn, and the air conditioning unit was noisy. the condition detracted slightly from the overall experience. these elements could use some attention..

i was charmed by my time here. my room was spacious. the breakfast had a good range of choices (especially the fresh fruit). the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions.

i found some aspects less than ideal. my room's air conditioning was quite loud. the wifi was unreliable at times. the poolside service was not always attentive.

the breakfast buffet was acceptable with a decent variety.

My room smelled bad. I suspect mold. the shower drain odor was also unpleasant! the reception staff didn't seem to care much about fixing it, and that's annoying
