The grounds are beautiful. Landscaped walkways feature flowering trees. The beach is clean and provides sun chairs. The beach villa was lovely.
The service is not good. The hotel does not seem to be a 5 star one.

i stayed in a premium jungle bungalow king. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. daily cleaning kept it very tidy.
the pastries at breakfast seemed like they needed more cooking.

friendly staff varied breakfast maintained beach
The staff offered warm welcomes upon arrival and maintained a helpful attitude throughout my stay. Breakfast featured various options, including a made-to-order omelet station. The beach was expansive and well-kept. It provided a relaxing environment for walks. I appreciated the resort's buggy service around the hotel.

wonderful stay
natural setting private beach excellent food warm hospitality
the natural setting of the resort felt very peaceful with greenery and the sea nearby i loved the private beach it was beautiful and calm a perfect spot for relaxation. the restaurants offered excellent food and superb coffee the spa services were professional and relaxing. mr ocean provided warm hospitality .

loud ac unit stale dining area
The breakfast selection had a wide variety of options from Western to Asian dishes. It was great to try everything.
My room's AC unit was really loud. It made it hard to hear the ocean waves and sleep well. I had to use sleep medication to get any rest. I really found it frustrating. There was no AC in the reception or dining areas, and it felt stale and humid.
