A Grateful Stay

I appreciated the private beach located near the pool. It allowed different options. Rodi, the guest relations representative, ensured everything was perfect. Katerina at reception was also very kind.
The gym needs an update with more equipment. I noticed a limited selection . It would benefit from additional machines and free weights. More variety would improve the guest experience

Underwhelming stay. Needs improvements

I was a bit let down. the breakfast lacked variety. Every day it was nearly the same choices. i also found the service at the bar slow, especially during peak hours. sometimes it reminded me of i was waiting forever just to get a drink. this slowed down my relaxation time a bit.

I appreciated the staff's friendly assistance with our complimentary port transfer. The spacious room featured a lovely balcony. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked efficiently.

The staff offered complimentary pickup from the ferry. The bed in the room was huge. I especially liked the lovely balcony with its furniture.
The hotel didn't inform me about all services , such as the yoga teacher and the Friday BBQ. I only learned about fresh orange juice availability at breakfast upon request.

the hotel provided clean , comfortable rooms with decent air conditioning. the breakfast selection had variety and a lovely bar existed. the pool also had comfy beds.
the rooms at the front had the best unobstructed view of the sea , but the shower looked old. the hotel was nearly full yet at dinner there were only a handful of people. drinks were never offered to us on the beach during the day.
