The hotel was beautiful I found everything I needed to enjoy my vacation. Steak tacos were top notch at the Taco Bar. Drinks were good I did not feel like I had to venture off from the resort to find activities.

The check-in process was slow I managed it. I was sent to concierge before fully checking in I found pressure into attending a three-hour morning meeting under the promise of gifts. Refusal was not accepted easily I felt.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Specialty restaurants were very good with many dining options. I enjoyed the quiet breakfast and lunch every day (especially the omelets). The resort was well-kept. It was not overly huge, so walking to different areas was easy.

The check-in process was slow with long lines. It took 90 minutes to get a room assigned. There was a large crowd at check-in.

Our butler was awesome and very kind with requests. Everyone at the resort was friendly and happy. Several staff were really nice too ensure we had a great experience.

The hotel is situated in a prime area with easy access to nearby attractions. The beach is gorgeous. I found the location convenient, allowing easy exploration of the surrounding area.

The location was fine. It made exploring the area easy.

The food was often disappointing. The asian restaurant rushed us and served small portions so we had to buy snacks. it was very frustrating, and i expected better from an all-inclusive resort.
