a romantic getaway
safe transportation custom meals
always present at the resort. the staff, particularly marlen, was excellent, fulfilling every request. olio restaurant. The whole staff, especially chef gonzalo, prepared custom meals for us.
we found that the lack of clear signage upon arrival was inconvenient. locating where to leave our car was a small challenge. the absence of immediate assistance with luggage seemed a bit off for a resort of this caliber. it's something that could definitely improve the arrival experience.

the room included a spacious king-sized bed with premium bedding. there were two separate sinks, which allowed us each our own space. the rainfall shower added a touch of luxury to our daily routine.

the concierge was very attentive and helpful . restaurant reservations were promptly handled by the staff. any questions or concerns were addressed quickly, which gave us great peace of mind.

Olio restaurant offered very nice italian cuisine. jasmine restaurant had a variety of asian dishes, prepared fresh. the blue water grill provided a romantic setting and delicious grilled food. The food was AMAZING!!!

FABULOUS stay
exemplary service amazing views comfortable transfer perfect beach club
Our wedding was Very nice. Everyone really enjoyed the experience. The staff maintains high levels of service (I was so impressed!), amenities, attention to detail, quality of food and services, all to. I was so grateful. The hotel provides transfers to its exclusive beach club. It made the trips comfortable. The beach club itself is perfect.
