The hotel had a nice and comfortable vibe, with rooms that were spacious and had big beds, making it a great place to unwind. The staff at the Diamond Club pool bar and beach area were particularly friendly, which added to the overall pleasant experience. However, there was a persistent smell of fried foods that lingered daily, which wasn't ideal. The location was superb for relaxation and easy access to excursions, but there were a few incidents where the service felt overly aggressive, especially regarding tips.

I had a wonderful stay overall! The rooms were beautiful and quite spacious, but I was a bit disappointed that we didn't get the Diamond Club amenities we had signed up for since our room was on the 11th floor. The service at the bar had its ups and downs-some staff were great once we got to know them, while others were less friendly unless we tipped them. The location was stunning, offering great views and being close enough to the beach for a short trip down, but it was a bit of a hike back up. Overall, there were great facilities, especially the pools, but a few areas could improve.
