I had a wonderful stay overall! The rooms were beautiful and quite spacious, but I was a bit disappointed that we didn't get the Diamond Club amenities we had signed up for since our room was on the 11th floor. The service at the bar had its ups and downs-some staff were great once we got to know them, while others were less friendly unless we tipped them. The location was stunning, offering great views and being close enough to the beach for a short trip down, but it was a bit of a hike back up. Overall, there were great facilities, especially the pools, but a few areas could improve.
