I enjoyed the complimentary transport to the airport and national park. It was very convenient. The staff were friendly and professional, especially the tour guide. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. I appreciated that detail.
I found the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms inconvenient. Wi-Fi was only available in the reception area. This made planning activities a little difficult.

The place definitely had issues. Our balcony was covered in mold, i couldn't even sit there. during breakfast, the fruit kept running out, i guess everyone likes fruit? the pastries seemed old, not baked that day. and the tv switched on by itself at night. creepy.

the free airport and park headquarters shuttle ran regularly! it was convenient. i was actually surprised by a complimentary upgrade to a better room. the staff put up a handmade happy honeymoon sign, i found that very nice.
The towel rack in the bathroom was loose. the shaving mirror light was out of service. I think the switch was broken. the shower rail was also wobbly and fell off the wall on the second day!
