amazing experience!

excellent food nice view good location

i was so happy with the cleanliness , and the amazing accommodation. i found the main pool view gorgeous. the location was good , being close to everything i needed. i even had a very good massage in the spa and really appreciated the dinner with traditional food and dance.

the only tiny issue i had was that the wifi signal was a little weak in certain areas of the resort.

my room had a large comfortable sofa and a huge , beautiful patio. it was a really clean space. i thought the a la carte breakfast was presented very well and tasted delicious , too.

the grounds are beautiful , filled with lush greenery. i appreciated that the staff was very attentive , catering to our every need. it's walkable to the monkey sanctuary and shops , but i did have to watch out for cars and motorcycles.

cute staff excellent service superb food

the staff was among the best i have ever seen , being so friendly and cute. nothing was too much trouble for them. the service from all staff was faultless , also the cleanliness and facilities were excellent. the food for breakfast , lunch and dinner was superb , i ate there almost every night.

i had to ask several times for a towel when i was at the pool.

the breakfast was delicious with many choices. the infinity pool had very nice views, i noticed excellent wine selection too.

there were only two umbrellas available, i was told they were broken. i asked for an extra hour before check out and staff already moved my luggage when i returned.

The staff were so friendly and approachable! the gardens are fine. The infinity pool has amazing views! the rooms are spacious and comfortable. it was the perfect retreat after exploring or relaxing by the pool.

The staff was always friendly and ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was super clean and well kept. The private pool in the One-Bedroom Villa was a HUGE plus. The main pool area had fine views of the surrounding landscape.

The walk to the main street was slightly longer than expected.

The breakfast menu offered various options, including local and international dishes. I thought the Senja restaurant was superb (especially the mie goreng!). The presentation was beautiful and the quality was consistently high.
