professional service amazing buffet happy hour
they were helpful with my bahasa malay. they provided high-level professional service!!! the breakfast buffet was really good, with something for everyone. i bought a pass to horizon lounge, and that was the BEST thing i did! i enjoyed happy hour there, and the breakfast experience was lovely.

I encountered some problems . My room card repeatedly failed to work, which required multiple trips to the lobby. The front desk staff offered no apology for this inconvenience. I also asked to be transferred to the sunset bar, but this request never happened. I made the reservation myself, but it was not booked either.

the breakfast spread was really good. the staff all seemed very friendly! we received a generous room upgrade from kinabalu wing mountain view to kinabalu wing ocean view for a small fee. the hot water in the bathtub worked well.
the air conditioning in the tanjung wing room did not work great. i was sweating in my sleep.

the breakfast offered a vast selection. i found the staff friendly. i especially appreciated the attentiveness during the breakfast service, and the team ensured my coffee cup remained full. it added greatly to the overall positive experience. the hotel offered a convenient lounge area. it was helpful. this thoughtful touch ensured a smooth transition and added value to my stay.
