Our family trip was simply amazing! The hotel offered a multitude of engaging activities that kept the kids entertained, and the pool area was beautiful and spacious. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the dining options exceeded our expectations. However, we did experience some delays during check-in due to a computer issue, which was a bit frustrating at the start of our stay.

Overall, I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The customer service is top-notch, and the variety of family-friendly activities kept everyone entertained. I appreciated the spacious rooms, but the AC struggled a bit to keep up. While the dining options were enjoyable, I did find some minor inconveniences with parking during busier times. Still, the heated pool was a great highlight for the kids!
