The hotel had direct beach access. The pool area was large and well kept. I found plenty of space to relax. Complimentary water bottles was in my room each evening. These small touches were welcome after a day in the sun.

I found that housekeeping was inconsistent. Some days, my room was not cleaned until late afternoon. The gym was small. It had limited equipment. The resort fee felt excessive, given that some amenities were not always readily available.

the complimentary water was not replenished after the first day. they said it's only upon request for vip guests. i found it a little frustrating.

I totally loved the beach service! lucas c and randy were amazing and super helpful. They made sure i had everything i needed. the rooms always felt clean and cozy, made relaxing easy. i cannot recommend this spot enough for a stress-free vacation!

the fire alarm tests were rough. they woke me up super early for three days straight. it's tough when you're trying to sleep in on vacation, ya know?

I was disappointed by the condition of the room. The telephone was broken and was never fixed . i had to go to the front desk for any requests. also, it was noisy at night with kids running in the halls late.
