The bellman greeted me warmly upon my late arrival and handled my bags efficiently. Check-in was swift , and I proceeded to the buffet, open at 9 PM, without a reservation. I found the buffet selection and quality excellent given my experiences at other all-inclusive resorts. The staff showed helpfulness and a strong commitment to service throughout my stay.

each day, he checked on me. carlos, the pool server, knew my needs before i did. he was attentive, and i followed him when he changed pools. housekeeping created towel art, a sweet gesture.

The buffet offered many selections for both breakfast and lunch, consistently good. olios was superb for an anniversary dinner. The service and food were excellent. i also enjoyed the poolside lunches. A very nice additional touch made my dining experiences nice.

i really love this resort. the rooms are gorgeous and very clean. the ocean view was amazing. the staff was friendly. i liked the service. i ate at four restaurants and the buffet. the mexican dishes at the buffet tasted delicious. the swim out room exceeded my expectations.
